„I’m not a psychopath, Mr. Hare.“
„I’m sorry, but you came here to be evaluted, and I am evaluating you. Fully and truthfully. You show all the signs of psychopathy.“
„Oh really? Really? What are they? Enlighten me!“
„Psychopaths loose their temper easily.“
„OH BLESS YOUR HEART! I could be a doctor at this rate of „evaluating“!“
„See.“
„If I were you I’d- “
„You’re just proving me right Mr. Wilhelm…“

It was a late evening in the city of Balshoi when Wilter Wilhelm has decided to take upon the notes people have been leaving on his facebook and google plus page. Such comments as „Wilhelm is a psychopath! Don’t let him manipulate you.“ or „Screw that guy! He killed my family.“ And then continuing to – „Yo what a shithead! He should go see a psychiatrist!“. The BIO/A media agents tried their hardest, but without no avail, to delete these comments. They tried to delete different Meme’s which were created to make fun of Mr. Wilhelm, tried to pay Google to have them take down any anti-Wilhelmpropaganda in the shape of these comments. Nothing helped. That’s why Mr. Wilter Wilhelm decided to go see Mr. Hare.

Robert Hare, a specialist on psychopathic behaviour, free’d space in his schedule to meet Mr. Wilhelm. (Not exactly willingly, but more forced to do so.) What happened in the room, only the closest to the Ruler know.

„It’s wonderful to meet you, Mr. Wilter. I’ve heard SO many NICE things about you.“ Mr. Hare exclaimed, with a fake smile plastered onto his face.

„Well, I can’t say the same thing. I know about you for only a day.“ Spat Wilter Wilhelm. Mr Hare laughed nervously and outstretched his hand to symbol that Mr. Wilter can take a seat. Wilhelm did. He sat comfortably on the white leather couch which sinked down underneath the weight of his body. Out of the inner pocket which was sown onto the inside of his expensive suit he took out a silver case with the name „Wilter Wilhelm“ engraved on the top of it. Not bothering to ask whether Mr. Hare was alright with Wilhelm smoking or not, he opened the case and slipped out a cigarette. He closed the case again and put it back into the pocket, then proceeding to take out the lighter which he lit the cigarette with.

„Let’s get on with this, shall we? I have places to be.“

„Of course.“ Replied Mr. Hare. „Now, I’m going to ask you a few questions, and you’ll anwser them. Is that alright with you Sir?“ Wilhelm nodded curtly, whilst taking a long drag from his cigarette.
„Alright then.“ Mr. Hare took out a notepad and a ink pen. He flipped to the first page, which was blank. „Facet 1: Interpersonal.“ He mumbled as he scribbled on the paper, the ink staining the page.

„Get on with it.“ Wilhelm grumbled loudly, his voice echoing through the luxurious apartment. Mr. Hare nodded his head.

„Mr. Wilhelm. Do you feel that you have superficial charm?“ The man asked, looking shortly up from his notepad to see Wilter nodding with confidence and a smirk on his face. Mr. Hare frowned and wrote something down.

„Do you have a grandiose sense of self-worth?“

„Mr. Hare. Look at this place. You live in an apartment in city 557 built by who?“

„Please, do not anwser my question with a question.“ Mr.Hare said authoritatively.

Wilhelm tsked. „By me, Mr. Hare. By me. I’ve created this place, and so I do feel self-worth, yes.“

Mr.Hare continued writing down on the paper each time he asked Mr. Wilter a question. The paper was later filled with yes, and a few no’s and some words which Mr.Hare scribbled over, since Wilhelm decided on a different anwser.

„You see Mr. Wilhelm. I’ve ticked nearly every anwser.“

„So? What’s your point?“ Wilhelm snickered.

„I’ve checked all of this -

Facet 1: Interpersonal

Glibness/superficial charm
Grandiose sense of self-worth
Pathological lying
Cunning/manipulative

Facet 2: Affective

Lack of remorse or guilt
Emotionally shallow
Callous/lack of empathy
Failure to accept responsibility for own actions

Facet 3: Lifestyle

Need for stimulation/proneness to boredom
Parasitic lifestyle
Impulsivity

Facet 4: Antisocial

Poor behavioral controls
Early behavioral problems
Juvenile delinquency
Revocation of conditional release
Criminal versatility
Many short-term marital relationships – you’ve had 4 wives over the cross of 5 months, Mr. Wilter.
And Promiscuous sexual behavior.“

„What can I say? I enjoy women.“ Mr. Wilter smirked, a certain pride showing on his well-structured face. „And they enjoy me.“

„That’s not the point, really, Sir.“

„Then what the fuck is the point?!“

„…You’re a psychopath, Mr. Wilter.“

„I’m not a psychopath, Mr. Hare.“

„I’m sorry, but you came here to be evaluted, and I am evaluating you. Fully and truthfully. You show all the signs of psychopathy.“

„Oh really? Really? What are they? Enlighten me!“

„Psychopaths loose their temper easily.“

„OH BLESS YOUR HEART! I could be a doctor at this rate of „evaluating“!“

„See.“
„If I were you I’d- “

„You’re just proving me right Mr. Wilter…“

Wilhelm stood up with great speed and his face morphed into ones of a demon. His eyes darkened and even the anger that was there dissappeared. He took a few steps forward and now loomed over the smaller Mr. Hare. „You live in my apartment.“ He spat into his face. „In my city.“ He grabbed him by his tie. „In the highest building. With the best services.“ He gritted his teeth. „Yet, Mr. Hare, you decide that it’s a smart move to call me a psycopath. Tsk.“

„Y-you asked me – „Mr. Hare gulped „for evaluation.“

„Robert… Mr. Hare. Even if I asked you for evaluation. I didn’t want it. You know why?“ Wilhelm spoke harshly mere centimeters away from Mr.Hare’s face. Robert shook his head. „Because I’m the Ruler. I’m the creator. I’m the one who says who lives, and who dies. But I’m not the one to take responsibility for it. And guess what?“ Wilhelm grabbed Mr. Hare by his vest and raised him a little higher above the ground. „You don’t want to be on my bad side.“

Wilhelm took a few steps. „You wanna know something, Robert?“ Mr.Hare didn’t bother to anwser, he just opened his mouth and closed it again.

„You just got on my bad side.“ Wilhelm exclaimed and lunged Mr.Hare out of the wide, glass window which gave a wonderful view of the city Balshoi.

Wilhelm sighed and straightened his suit, plastered his hair backwards and walked out of the room, clicking his fingers at his guards.

„Boys. There’s a mess on the ground floor. Clean it up.“

The thing is doctor score patient with 0,1 or 2, and if the total score is 30 or more or out or 40, patient sure is a psychopath. That's it.
